EARNS - Employee Administration & Relation System
The extensive domain knowledge built up by Pioneer eServe in the HR arena has resulted in the development of a fully integrated software application named EARNS which is short for Employee Administration & Relation System. Developed in-house by our IT division Infotech Pioneers this application can manage payroll, reimbursements, taxation, accounting and retiral benefits.
EARNS has the capability to handle both wages and salaries. This application is fully web-based and was developed using ASP as front end and SQL Server 2000 as the back end RDBMS. Capable of handling complex structures and large volumes, the software has been tried and tested with large number of records. The software has the capacity to handle payroll of 30,000 persons and retiral benefits of approximately 200,000 persons.
EARNS has such an extensive coverage on statutory matters such as PF, Taxation and Reimbursements, that no other product in its category, can match its capabilities. Any changes in statutory requirement, however frequent, can be implemented without any kind of delay.
