Employee Provident Fund
Pioneer eServe provides consultancy and management to exempted PF Trusts and un-exempted establishments covered under EPF and MP Act, 1952. We execute day to day activities of various PF Trusts and prepare their Balance Sheets and Income & Expenditure Accounts. We also maintain their investment register, help in processing of loans, submission of monthly statutory returns and monthly contributions and payments to RPFC . Last but not the least, we provide consultancy on investment related matters of PF Trust Funds as per latest prescribed norms.

There are following types of Provident Fund Trusts. They are,

•	Unexempted Organization (Managed by RPFC)
•	Exempted Trust ( Formed under the approval of RPFC and Income Tax commissioner)
•	Voluntary EPF trust (Formed under the approval of Income Tax commissioner for excluded employees)

In this domain we provide following services:

•	Obtaining of coverage under PF act and obtaining of PF numbers
•	Formation of PF Trust
•	Management of PF Trust including maintenance of member Ledgers, Investment and Trust Accounting
•	Handling of legal and statutory matters
•	Liaising with RPFC for day-to-day support for unexempted compliance and filing of statutory returns
•	Legal and functional support in case of merger/ de-merger/ desolution of trust or change in the status
